My visit to Gurgaon during the peak of spring,
A symphony of flowers, some that I had never seen.
Sprouting in every corner and every nook,
My eyes knew not where to look.
From the 19th floor as I zoomed,
The Champa, Kachnar and Ixora bloomed.
I love the Champa flowers and leaves,
While the Ixoras create stunning weaves.
The Kachnar is a beauty so vibrant and bright,
Together they made such a stunning sight.
I knew now from where to make a start,
My mother’s home became a memory in my art.
